I am a devoted mother of two who has experienced the ups and downs of managing weight and overall health. My personal struggles with weight led me to pursue a degree in exercise and nutrition. This journey was driven by a desire to not only help myself but also to support others facing similar challenges.
Understanding that weight loss becomes increasingly difficult as we age, and recognizing that various health issues can serve as significant barriers, I have dedicated myself to finding sustainable solutions. Through a balanced diet and regular exercise, I successfully lost 3 1/2 stone, significantly improving my overall health and well-being. This transformation has also played a crucial role in managing my depression and anxiety.
I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience to help others achieve their health goals, knowing first hand the profound impact it can have on one's quality of life.
