Next, I will compile everything discussed during the consultation and create a personalised nutrition eBook tailored to you.

One personal training session is included to ensure you learn proper technique and understand how to progress effectively, helping you build confidence in the gym.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FROM £50

 

This monthly subscription includes one personal training session and your own account on the Trainerize app, which provides access to your training programs and direct messaging with your coach. The app also allows your coach to monitor your progress and adjust exercises as needed. Additionally, you receive a 10% discounted rate for additional personal training sessions and other services. Nutrition support also available at an additional cost

 

Weekly and monthly check-ins are available upon request. Regular check-ins provide valuable support, helping you stay on track with your health and fitness goals.
